Chef Matthew Shepherd is the owner and Chocolatier of Matthew's Chocolates. His background includes the Culinary School at New England Culinary Institute in Vermont where he learned the delicate balance of flavor and texture. Matthew also owned an incense manufacturing company where he learned the art of Fragrance and Aromatherapy. He is also an appreciated potter and water colorist.

Today he fuses the elegant balance of flavor and texture with the fragrant symphony of Essential Oils and herb extracts, moulding them with the hand painted colored cocoa butter swirls in Dark Belgian Chocolate, giving you a chocolate experience you will not soon forget!

Matthew's Chocolates specializes in High End Artisan Chocolates, each one artistically hand painted, creating little chocolate gems as beautiful to look at as they are to savor.
